Μια Βουδιστική σουρά ψιθυρίζεται σε μια γενική συνέλευση πρωινού / απογεύματος μία φορά την εβδομάδα και σε άλλες σχολικές τελετές. Η ψαλμωδία του σουτρά κάνει το μυαλό του να είναι ειρηνικό και να είναι ήρεμο. Ενώ ψάλλετε το σουτρά, αναμένετε να κρατήσετε τα χέρια σας ενωμένα και να παραμείνετε στάσιμα ήσυχα. 3.
